Raspberry Pi

Raspberry Pi is a tiny, affordable computer originally developed by the University of Cambridge’s Computer Laboratory as a tool to educate kids about programming and the creation of embedded systems (Internet Of Things).  A very large educational ecosystem has developed around the Raspberry Pi with millions of devices in use by educators, students, makers, and hobbyists.  A good starting point for information is the Raspberry Pi Foundation website.  Locally, the RaspPi Users’ Group meets the last Monday of each month at 7 pm at the Knox Makers.
